Confused by the Medicaid Relief Fund? Join Parker Poe Partner Matt Wolfe for Guidance

Last week, the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced that it expects to distribute approximately $15 billion from the Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund (Relief Fund) to eligible Medicaid and CHIP providers that have not already received a payment from the Relief Fund. To address the many questions that have been raised by this announcement, Matt Wolfe, an attorney and partner with the law firm of Parker Poe, will present two webinars on these Relief Fund distributions.

The first webinar will be held June 26, at 2 pm EDT, and will focus on eligibility, the application process, usage of the funds, and reporting obligations.  The second webinar will be held July 14, at 2 pm EDT, and will provide an update on the administration of the Relief Fund Medicaid distributions based upon anticipated clarification from HHS in the coming weeks.
